Return and Refund Policy

What is your return Policy?

We keep a word that try our best to make our client feel comfortable and satisfied of our service,while one hundred person will have hundreds view of one shoes if you have any problem of our shoes please contact us before sending the items back. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
(1)Products with quality problem in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refund.
(2)Customer need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products which have quality issue, we will give a full refund.(we do not pay for the shipping fee of return)
(3)Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition. The quality problem is not included with color aberration.
(4)Quality problem shall refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product. The problems related to material differentia from the buyer’s imagination or when buyer using the product but not beautiful enough and the color or style is not fit ect which we will not regard them as the quality problem.
(5)In case the serious damage or obvious color differentia that you made on the order when have the product received. welcome to contact our Customer Service any time via email at service@luxuryshoesdirect.co.uk as soon as possible. We will arrange your request for exchange or refund.
(6)Please make sure the product is unused and send it back to us within 7 days of your received of product. Product can not be returned after the laundry.
(7)We don’t take any responsibility on the delay of express arise with dispute on item return or exchange.
(8)We don’t accept the request for the return of your received product in the event of product did not meet your requirement on the change of style from the original product design.
(9)We made the items by strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site, all requests for returns such as not like the picture I ordered, if there is difference, we will email you to show the difference and ask for your opinions, if it is acceptable, dissatisfy about the quality and not the material I like etc, are not accepted.
(10)In case of you are not satisfy about the product received from us, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. For maintain your own interests, we don't accept the returning of the good you are not satisfy without a Return Authorization.
(11)We are neither responsible for the refund nor take over your dispute on the product after your return the good without the Return Authorization and caused the package missing during the return.
(12)If you the items you received are damaged, pls contact DHL and EMS first, if the damage are due to our defect, pls contact us, But we make sure that all the package will be made of good condition.
Above all,we will refuse to accept some return request if there is no distinct quality problems like leather scratch etc.

How to Exchange?


(1)We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days since the day that we dispatch original order.
(2)Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
(3)You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
(4)We do not cover the shipping cost in the process of exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Order Cancellation


Cancellation of an order before the order had been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. 
All items sent back to us must keep their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Our dispatch supplier center will review your return shoes. If they are original as we sent to you, we will refund you 90%. In general, our dispatch supplier center need 3 business days to make the decision.
